The Rivers Port Complex on the Bonny River handles general cargo, dry bulk, and tanker traffic for Port Harcourt and the surrounding Rivers State economy. It is an important gateway for the Niger Delta region.
The Delta Port Complex covers four ports along the Niger Delta waterways — Warri, Koko, Sapele, and Burutu. These ports handle bulk commodities, agricultural products, and liquid bulk for the Delta State hinterland.
